Our Philosophy

Ahuja Foundation mainly focuses on the corporate social responsibility for the Ahuja Group, enabling sustainable development, providing healthcare and education opportunities to the socially deprived sections of the society. We also promote Indian art and culture and work for the rescue and rehabilitation of animals.  We believe in enabling and not in giving as a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility.

As part of our endeavors of CSR, we provide apprenticeship programs at Ahuja Group. We make a conscious effort to appoint fresh graduates and sometimes undergraduates in our offices. We teach them everything they need to know about sales, purchases, logistics, and store management. Youth interested in accounts are taught about their subject under the guidance of a senior accountant.

We promote a lot of art and culture as we believe that every Indian citizen should feel every bit of its art and culture. Our responsibilities are not only limited to the rehabilitation of these deprived people but also the rehabilitation of animals. The overall work mandate of the Ahuja Foundation is to reach out to remote rural areas and establish bonds with the underserved communities enabling them to start engaging themselves in some profitable work and weave their new lives.

We also train them to repair machines and capital equipment. English speaking classes are also taken once in a while when needed so that they become all-rounded employees ready to take on the world of industries.

We research the amount of money required by each employee depending on the number of family members in each house, and also the earning member in order to comfortably run their household. We then pay their salaries accordingly.

Employment today is very difficult to find and it is even more difficult to find trained skilled staff. We at Ahuja Group believe in empowering our youth and we take it a step further by recommending them to other industries who are a part of our network. Our core focus is to let people develop skill-building, skill up-gradation, and training.

We help the underserved communities earn a better livelihood. Our main aim is to join hands with the poor and work extremely hard to alleviate poverty. Ahuja Foundation is definitely proud to say that we facilitate income-generating opportunities at the doorsteps of those who are willing to change their lives and make it better. We move to the remotest of the locations with the aid of our strategic partners.

We are particularly more interested in empowering women, as women especially in our state are not treated well and not given many opportunities. At Ahuja Group, we train them in whichever field they chose to learn and either retain them or let them go out and find a job as trained smart professionals.

Our vision is to enable and empower as many people we can so that they can become strong independent individuals. The far sightedness and the clarity of thought and vision of the founders has made us what we are today. We hope that we continue our good work and we achieve lot many milestones along the way.
